Candidate information is quickly added to the database using a customized
panel of user selected, mandatory-entry data fields. This allows the
consultants to add a candidate record and attach their CV in about 20 seconds!

Once added, an entry is made in the ‘Screenings’ work queue to remind the user to complete the candidate details after they have been screened.

Candidates can be classified as Permanent, Temporary or Contract, or all
three. Multiple CV's can be stored. Candidate Profile contains industry skills which can be searched. These are deliberately kept to a minimum, and you decide which ones to use. Schedule contains a calendar of a candidates availability and this is used when placing a Temporary candidate. All
candidate tabs are available to the user when searching from a vacancy.
