CaliberRecruit uses a web search engine (like Google and Yahoo) to search a candidate’s CV’s. This means single words, or strings of words, AND’s, OR's NOT’s can all be used.
The search engine returns the results quickly, and presents the list of
candidates to the consultant for review. The page up and down buttons can
be used to move through all the information stored behind the tabs.
Once the shortlist has been decided, it is easy to email the nominated CV
for each candidate to the Client contact associated with the vacancy.
When this is done, entries are made in the appropriate Work Queue to
remind the consultant to follow-up with a call.
