Vacancy records are linked to Clients and can be Permanent, Temporary or Contract.
Depending on the type, the system will automatically prompt for appropriate information: e.g.
Salary range, if Permanent and Charge and
Pay rates if Temporary. The Vacancy is also profiled in the same way the candidate is, and this provides a powerful automatic search of candidates for vacancies, or vacancies for candidates. Once the profiles are set, the search programs will try to find an exact match first, then allow you to de-select skills one at a time to increase the search results. If your organisation advertises with Internet Jobs Board sites, CaliberRecruit will automatically and in real-time, post a job to all site you use. Changes are also posts, including the removal of a job when it is either deleted off the system or filled.
