Work Queues are the “to do” or activity lists for the consultant.
When an interview record is added, for example, an entry is made in the Job
Interviews Work Queue. This is a call reminder for the Consultant to call
both the Client and the Candidate at the appropriate time.
When this is done, the database is automatically updated with the relevant interview records for all the candidate, client and vacancy records.
The “rule” is to keep the Work Queues empty! The “All Queues”
shows all calls to be made in date order.
